Joggers Park


An old man near his 60’s was watching my Yoga and asked to join us, and I said sure. Is this is a stretch, I said no its Surya Namskar. He was looking like some kind of very responsible government officer. After some time he gave some idea about Karate stretch stuff which was pretty ok. The talk was taking a shape to organize ourselves in our day to day activities like, how to be better in offices, what are the stress buster facts. He asked what I do and said that that he has got the responsibility if Power Grid supply for 5 states of India and get plenty of files and disputes to be sorted. He do analyze the files separate in to the categories and clear it up in short time. He said all he learnt is by meditation which made him better to handle the situations. We get plenty of work hole day and there are only one way to handle it, be organized. Give first 15 min to plan your day and try stick with the schedule. Sort you bits and pieces brought forwarded and sort the day out one by one. Do not start anything new until you are up with the previous one.
There is a way he said to organize our self. Shut yourself in a room and close your eyes and try to stop thinking. You will feel that you are start going in flashback time by time min, hrs, day, weeks, months, and years before. Now open your eyes and keep writing the bullet points each of your memories and thoughts.
A person cannot stop thinking at least we can minimize it mean you can be reached till zero rather you try to come down to 2 or 1, even this is a great achievement. Try to create options for a task pick the best one.
You know are the achiever- the one who have got more ideas and give the best out of it. If your mind is sound you can think more, all you need to do is control over your emotional brain storming, create the more and more ideas options and analyze it and choose the best among it.
He offered for a coffee at his flat where he stays with is cosign who got recently married. We had a coffee all together and has lost of talks on art, paintings, movies holiday destinations, married life bachelor life, effects of staying with and without parents etc. Finally we came out 11:30 am from that building and started our day. Sorted some office work..
I cooked rice and rasam for us and had our lunch all together. I watched a movie in the afternoon and had a nice sleep. I came back to home after an evening walk and this was the end of the day.
